Liz has lived in the Yardley Makefield area since 1991. An avid reader from a young age, she was educated at Boston University in Operation Management and with a Finance MBA from Boston College. Liz worked at Johnson & Johnson in various Information Technology roles leading global teams. Liz raised three great readers in the Pennsbury school system. She has a miniature wirehaired dachshund, Wurly. He brightens each day with their enthusiasm for life. We have enjoyed vacations in Maine for many years; walking the coast and the tidal pools.

A lifelong resident of Bucks County, Heather is passionate about the town she and her family call home. With 30 years of marketing experience, she’s been a champion of local businesses since opening her branding agency in 2017. Heather is known for hard work, creativity, and innovation. As the VP of Experience Yardley, DiPrato’s relationships in the local business community are invaluable. Since 2019, she has played a key role in raising funds for community projects like the Greetings from Yardley Mural, Duck Walk, Music Off Main, Canal-o-ween, and Yardley Restaurant Week. Heather and her husband Jim live in Lower Makefield with their 2 kids and 2 cats. They are the publishers of Yardley Living and Newtown Neighbors, local magazines that offer residents and businesses a platform to share stories and achievements.

Lynne is a Certified Public Accountant holding an undergraduate degree from Temple University and a master’s degree from Villanova University who has lived in the Yardley Makefield area since 1998. When she decided to start her own accounting firm in 2014, she chose Main Street to hang her shingle. Philadelphia born and raised, she is a lifelong Eagles fan and avid gardener whose true passion is cooking for friends and family.

Kim Segal-Morris
Kim Segal-Morris is a 15-year resident of Yardley Borough and has lived in Bucks County for most of her life. Kim was elected to Yardley Borough Council in 2019 and is honored to serve as its Vice President. She also serves as the Chair of the Public Safety Committee and Council Liaison for Experience Yardley. Kim’s daughter is a graduate of Pennsbury High School and Temple University. They both enjoy walking their dog, Marty, along the canal, supporting local businesses, and participating in Yardley’s many community events.

Cindy Fatsis has been a Yardley resident for 30 years, and a Yardley Boro resident since 2003. Since it’s inception in 2014, I’ve loved Music on Main, which we can hear from our front porch! I am proud to have helped produce and coordinate the summer music series for the past 2 years. When I’m not promoting (what we now call) Music Off Main I am a freelance photographer and interior designer.

Nichole and her husband, Mike, moved to Yardley in 2020, eager to start their family in this charming and vibrant community. In early 2025, they were thrilled to welcome their daughter, Maddox, and are excited to raise her surrounded by Yardley’s unique small-town charm and rich history. Originally from rural central NY, Nichole appreciates the borough’s perfect blend of peaceful living and proximity to big cities.
Currently a professional in corporate retail management and an independent travel advisor, Nichole, in addition to serving on the board of Experience Yardley, also volunteers her time with the Junior League of Greater Princeton. Nichole enjoys traveling, novice gardening, and exploring the scenic Delaware Canal Tow Path with her family.

Victoria Rogers owns both Giselle Toys & Ballet Shoppe and Giselle of Princeton. She opened the first Giselle store 20 years ago in downtown Princeton. She moved with her family to Yardley about 7 years ago and opened the Toy store here a couple of years ago. She has four grown kids, two stepkids, and ten grandchildren. She loves living in the Boro and being able to walk everywhere, even to work. Her favorite Experience Yardley event is Canal-O-Ween!

Cat has lived in Yardley since 2022 with her wife, Carly, and cat, Clover. Originally from north NJ, she loves the community feel in Yardley and the beautiful landscapes all across Bucks County. Professionally, Cat is a financial planner and loves working with people. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, practicing yoga, and spending time exploring everything that the area has to offer. She is also a huge USWNT fan!

Maggie has lived in Yardley since 1992. She has had a distinguished career
as a Biology teacher & coach, worked in sales for a Global Pharmaceutical
Company & Executive Management of a National Healthcare Company before
obtaining her real estate license in 2006. She loves selling real estate in
Beautiful Bucolic Bucks County! She is the author of a children’s book about
her Airedales, “Huston & Savanna.” In her free time you can find her on a
golf course.

Jess relocated from upstate New York to Pennsylvania in 1998 and is a proud graduate of Drexel University. After college, she took on various roles in Information Technology, and her passion for supporting technology start-ups remains strong. As a mother of four boys, including her stepson, Jess treasures spending quality time with her family and their two dogs, whether at their home in Langhorne or exploring the Pocono Mountains. When she isn’t at home enjoying a good book or engaging in games with her boys, you can find Jess at her business, Occasional Flowers, or vacationing with her family in Maine – her favorite getaway outside of Bucks County. Jess gained her floral design skills and learned the importance of customer relationships by working alongside her mother in her business, also called Occasional Flowers, which was based in Bennington, Vermont.

Casey, a Bucks County native, has always appreciated the charm and close-knit feel of the area. Drawn to Yardley’s rich history, tight-knit community, and scenic charm, she enjoys exploring local favorites, connecting with neighbors, and highlighting all that Yardley has to offer!
Professionally, Casey specializes in recruitment and development, helping to shape early careers and talent programs. Outside of work, she channels her passion for the region into her instagram blog, @greaterphillyfinds, where she shares hidden gems and local favorites. When she’s not working or blogging, you can find Casey enjoying a barre class, tending to her garden, or cooking up something new in the kitchen.
