Zen Meditation & Mindfulness Practice

We all experience suffering, stress, and distraction, but Zen offers us a path to end them. Zen is a combination of proven contemplative practices including seated meditation and mindfulness meditation, and if practiced regularly reduces stress, improves focus, and enhances overall well-being. Scudder Falls Zen is a local community meditation group that offers a welcoming and supportive environment for people of all experience levels to learn and practice Zen meditation. Everyone is welcome, from the Zen curious to the Zen master.
